My name is Alexandra England. I am a Holistic Educator, and the creator of the 4Arts practice. I was born and raised in Lima, Peru, and I like to bring a little bit of home into everything I do! I have worked for the Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) for 7 years, and my story as an educator started at the YWCA leading health and wellness classes for women and youth. I am a Yogi and a dancer who is passionate about education, health, and wellness :) I am so passionate about bringing health and wellness practices for women and youth, that I am currently taking a Health Coaching certification at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NY. I started Peru Flow as a way to bring a wealth of opportunities for youth, and, also, for professional women like you and me.
My online classes seek to empower professional, busy women to make happier and healthier choices through easy to follow steps. You don't have to leave your home or, office to have a lovely class if you have a tight schedule. You can also do your classes with your children if you are a Mom! I have added kids activities into my class bundles. Point is, if you are busy and need time for YOU and your health... Peru Flow is a wonderful option for wellness. I also offer one-on-one online Health Coaching consultations with clients seasonably, and school workshops on the importance of building positive wellness habits.
I understand that health and wellness are different for everyone and that there are times when we need all support in achieving our individual wellness goals. A woman who is a professional athlete has different needs than a person who has a desk job. A new Mom has different holistic needs than a woman in her 50's, and teens and children are a whole different story.
